Summer conditioning information!!! Dates: June 19, 22, 26, & 29 July 10, 13, 17, 20, & 31 Time: 8-9:30 a.m. Where: Hillcrest Track THIS IS FOR ALL UPCOMING 9-12th GRADERS INTERESTED IN TRYING OUT! Attached to this post, you will find the summer conditioning packet. You will need to click on the link and print out a hard copy for you to use throughout the summer. At tryouts, along with the other required documents you need to bring (see tryout post) you will need to bring this as well. Follow the instructions on it, work HARD, and push yourself. Dedicate this summer to getting a little better each and every day. Not just for yourself, but for the team as well. This is a time for you to commit to improving not only your lifestyle, but your game as well. Come prepared to tryouts ready to give it your all and continue the work ethic you develop this summer. ![]()
